Shot in the Arm for Start-ups with New Office Scheme Offering Adaptable Leases
Young members of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce and Industry aspiring to become future entrepreneurs can now realize their dreams with the organization leasing office spaces at subsidized rates. The Chamber has announced two lucrative schemes at the Omnia One and Quadrant office complexes at Sheffield City Centre, as a part of their new Property Assist initiative.
The initiative, a brainchild of the Chamber and its real estate partners entails flexible rental agreements for the entrepreneurs, irrespective of the time span. Paul Reeves, Director of Business Development, SCCI said that the whole idea behind the programme was to support promising enterprises.
The scheme would expedite the whole process of setting up a business and would be a boon for the young entrepreneurs who would not have to run from pillar to post looking for an affordable office space. The assigned buildings near the
Mr. Reeves also shared the future plans of the Chamber, which intends to take the project to a larger scale by expanding its property database. The members who wish to embark on their own ventures should touch base with the business development department of the Chamber, he said.
